About the Guest
Today’s podcast is, well, fun, lots of fun! My amazing guest, Daniel Eisenman, has lived and continues to live a simply awesome life and in today’s conversation he shares with us in stepping away from doing what’s expected of us we can truly find our way and create an exceptional life
Daniel graduated Pre-Med from Emory University & even took the MCAT about 10 years ago. Before applying to medical school to stay on the path of “NORMAL” as people advised him, he decided to “take a year off.” That year off has now turned into a decade of BREAKING NORMAL adventures throughout all 50 states of the US and at least 20 countries.
Daniel travels the world as a keynote speaker and facilitator of Breaking Normal Experiences / radical retreats and workshops (based on the principles of raw honesty and emotional freedom. He has written a book and has a widely popular podcast, Breaking Normal. You may recognise Daniel and his story from features in the Huffington Post, Fox News, ABC, the Today Show, the list goes on…
Get ready to be entertained with tales of Daniel’s adventures and also learn of some beautiful insights shared, on not only how to live an insta-worthly life but how to find both fun and meaning in your life, living in the moment and embracing joy.
I hope you really enjoyed today’s conversation with Daniel. I have to say for me it was a beautiful reminder to make fun and adventure a prioriy and to get back into the now rather and loose time being too focused on making plans. Please do check out the shownotes at AMLBD for links to Dan’s podcast, book and events.
